An update on Maryland dispensary pre-approvals

The Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission held a public meeting earlier today in which they voted on and approved the “Dispensary Application Evaluation Procedures.”

The Commission will hold its next meeting on November 21, 2016, where it is expected to select and vote on stage one dispensary pre-approvals.

The Commission meeting on the 21st is open to the public though the Commission has not determined where the meeting will be held.
