A native of the District of Columbia, Meredith Kinner is a founding member and managing partner of Kinner & McGowan, PLLC and has nearly a decade of experience as a practicing attorney.
Meredith received her B.A. from Northeastern University and her J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law. Meredith is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

John McGowan

Johnny McGowan is a founding member and managing partner of Kinner & McGowan, PLLC. K&M is a boutique law firm based in Washington, D.C. with a practice focus on cannabis law.
As industry counsel, K&M has worked with state licensed medical cannabis companies, medical caregivers, patients, ancillary cannabis service providers, industrial hemp companies and ganjapreneurs since 2015. Johnny McGowan received a B.A. from Louisiana State University, and a J.D. from New England Law, Boston.
Johnny is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
