K&M has a diverse litigation practice – our attorneys are licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

At the federal level, we represent plaintiffs in police excessive force and misconduct actions. We represent individuals in D.C. Superior Court in breach of contract and tort actions and have argued before the D.C. Court of Appeals.

K&M has also acted as local counsel in matters before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and is familiar with the pro hac vice process for out of state attorneys.

We work closely with our clients to identify and execute the most cost-effective response at every stage of litigation.
